At So Nutrition we offer support for adults and children with neurodiversity

Our approach is cutting-edge and evidence-based and we provide a tailored experience that we call “neuro-affirmative”.

What that means is that we offer an encouraging and non-judgmental environment that fosters kindness and self-compassion.

We choose an anti-diet approach – we’re not about fads or gimmicks. We want you to build a positive and balanced relationship with food that will make a meaningful and long-term difference to your life.

We recognise the very real challenges food can present in our day-to-day lives, affecting everything from our health to our relationships. Our practical, accessible and easy-to-follow advice spans not only courses and coaching but factsheets, recipes and more.

So Nutrition’s founder Sarah Osborne created the programmes with a very personal understanding.

Sarah Osborne is registered with the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the British Assocation of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT). Sarah graduated from The College of Naturopathic Medicine with Distinction in Nutritional Therapy and has undertaken additional training in emotional and binge eating with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as Advanced ADHD Coaching and Nutrigenomics with Lifecode.

Sarah is also a clinic supervisor and lecturer with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). In 2024, Sarah was named Nutritionist of the Year and Most Inspirational ADHD Nutritional Therapist.
