Our approach is cutting-edge and evidence-based and we provide a tailored experience that we call “neuro-affirmative”.
What that means is that we offer an encouraging and non-judgmental environment that fosters kindness and self-compassion.
We choose an anti-diet approach – we’re not about fads or gimmicks. We want you to build a positive and balanced relationship with food that will make a meaningful and long-term difference to your life.
We recognise the very real challenges food can present in our day-to-day lives, affecting everything from our health to our relationships. Our practical, accessible and easy-to-follow advice spans not only courses and coaching but factsheets, recipes and more.
So Nutrition’s founder Sarah Osborne created the programmes with a very personal understanding.
