Week 3:
Eating behaviour review to address emotional eating, appetite regulation, and barriers to a balanced diet. Includes a customised three-step plan.
Week 4:
Supplement review. Assessment of current supplements and recommendations to address concerns such as sleep, mood, blood sugar balance, and gut health.
Week 5:
Nervous system, epigenetics, and micronutrient deep dive. Discussion of genes involved in ADHD, the gut-brain axis, and the role of nutrients in optimising brain and gut health.
