The ADHD Nutrition Reset is a six-week coaching programme designed to help you change how you eat by working with your ADHD brain, not fighting it.
This deep, ongoing support is for people who want real change, not just a short burst of motivation that fades, and will help you:
- Eat in a way that supports focus, mood and mental clarity
- Reduce energy crashes and ‘brain fog’
- Understand how ADHD affects your hunger, impulses and food choices
- Build more regular, supportive eating patterns without rigidity
- Let go of guilt and self-blame around food
How it works
We begin with a 90-minute one-to-one session. This is a supportive deep dive into your eating patterns, emotional triggers, routines and lifestyle. We look at how ADHD affects your impulses, planning, hunger cues, emotions and self-trust around food.
From there, you will have five further 60-minute coaching sessions. These can be weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels most supportive for you. Between sessions, we focus on gentle, realistic changes that build consistency and confidence over time.
You are not given a strict plan to follow. Instead, we work on behaviour change, emotional awareness and practical strategies, tailored to your life and needs, that make eating feel steadier and less reactive.
