“It used to feel like just too much for me face the thought of having to make a meal after a hectic day. Getting help from So Nutrition has helped me love food again.”

The goal: Natasha struggled with boredom in her diet but often it seemed overwhelming after a hectic day to make something more adventurous, so food became a chore.

How we helped: Like many with ADHD, Natasha was overstimulated and found sensory textures made certain foods difficult to eat. This had led to a lack of variety or skipping meals because it was too much effort with little appeal.  We worked through some simple recipes that could be fun and easy as well as looking at meal planning and store cupboard essentials that would make meal preparation much less daunting.
