The ADHD Nutrition and Health Check
Price: £295
Eating well with ADHD is not about willpower. It is about understanding how your brain works and supporting it properly.
ADHD affects appetite, planning, impulse control, emotional regulation and energy levels. This means eating can feel inconsistent, reactive, or chaotic, even when you care deeply about your health and wellbeing. You may want to eat in ways that support focus, mood, and energy, but struggle to make it happen in real life.
The ADHD Nutrition and Health Check is a supportive, personalised review designed to help you eat in ways that truly support your ADHD brain while respecting the very real challenges that come with it.
This is not a diet or a rigid food plan. It is about clarity, understanding, and realistic changes that fit your life.
How it works
You begin by completing a diet and lifestyle questionnaire before we meet for a 60-minute one-to-one session.
Together, we explore how your eating patterns interact with your brain, emotions and daily demands. We identify where your brain may be under-fuelled, overstimulated or relying on food for regulation, and where small shifts could make a meaningful difference.
After the session, you’ll receive personalised and practical recommendations to support your health and wellbeing. The goal is to support focus, emotional balance, and steady energy without adding pressure or overwhelm.
Between two and four weeks later, we meet again for 30 minutes to review how things are going and adjust the plan if needed.
