Path to Food Freedom is an 8-week, neuroaffirmative programme designed to help you understand what drives your eating patterns. The goal is to help you find better balance so you can make informed, conscious choices in how you eat.

How it works:

You'll follow a series of online sessions with So Nutrition's Sarah Osborne, working at your own pace and using the accompanying workbook to complete the exercises.

Want to know if this is right for you? This course can help if:

  • Eating has become chaotic, reactive or out of control, whether that’s late-night binges,  relying on takeaways or forgetting to eat
  • You eat the same foods on repeat, even when that wasn't what you intended to eat
  • You find you eat when you’re stressed, bored, overwhelmed or seeking comfort
  • Planning and cooking meals is hard work so you revert to the easiest option
  • You’ve tried lots of diets and have an all-or-nothing approach but find nothing sticks

What you'll discover:

  • A clearer understanding of why you eat the way you do
  • Greater awareness of your own hunger, appetite and fullness signals
  • Practical exercises and tools to help you when food feels disconnected or chaotic
  • Simple, accessible explanations of some of the biology and brain processes involved in appetite, reward, stress and eating
  • Strategies for making nourishing food easier to see, access, prepare and eat
  • A personalised set of exercises that you can continue using long after the course is completed

Why it helps:

  • Move away from perfectionism and rigid food rules towards flexibility and balance
  • Build your own toolkit of support strategies to improve your relationship with food
  • Understand the science behind your patterns so you can make appropriate changes
  • You don’t need to count calories, ban foods or rely on willpower
  • Be guided on your journey by a top nutritionist as you move through your workbook
  • Work at your own pace and at a time to suit you

By the end of the eight modules, you will have begun building your own practical toolkit for understanding and supporting your relationship with food.

Price: £99 per person.

You will need to register individually to access the course. Your workbook will be posted out to you.
