Meet the So Nutrition team as we grow to meet demand

As demand for our services soars, we’re delighted to have expanded our team of expert practitioners. 

Providing specialist support for those with ADHD and autism, as well as broader nutritional services; from food sensitivity testing to gut health checks, our practitioners bring a broad range of clinical expertise, together with the evidence-based and inclusive ethos So Nutrition is known for.

Becca 

An ADHD nutrition coach specialising in the impact of ADHD on emotional eating behaviours and wellbeing. 

Favourite food: Scrambled eggs on sourdough with smoked salmon and avocado, washed down with a flat white coffee.   

Nicola 

A specialist in gut health, irritable bowel syndrome and food reactions, which are common in those with ADHD and autism.  

Favourite food: Roast dinner, with plenty of veggies and extra gravy, plus sparkling water with a slice of lime. 

Fatima

A nutritional therapist working with complex health issues, with specialisms including weight loss, genetics and cancer nutrition therapy. 

Favourite food:  Free range meat or poultry with pan-fried rainbow vegetables and a kombucha tea. 

Natasha 

A nutritional therapist specialising in family nutrition, with a focus on ADHD,  autism and children’s eating behaviours. 

Favourite foodFresh baked sourdough with smashed avocado and poached eggs, topped with crumbled feta and accompanied by a flat white coffee.
