Here at So Nutrition we’re so excited to have teamed up with women's empowerment community Wild and Wild to create a retreat day of ADHD support, women’s wellness, yoga and connection.
Set in the Cheshire countryside, the event sees experts in ADHD helping people better understand how neurodivergent traits impact energy, focus, hormones and wellbeing. The panel of speakers includes our founder Sarah Osborne, women’s health advocate Dr Helen Wall and Amy Polly – mindfulness expert and wellbeing lead for ADHD360.
So Nutrition’s own Sarah Osborne, an expert in genomics, as well as an ADHD coach, will also be discussing how genetics is reflected in ADHD traits. Working with a leading health diagnostics laboratory, Sarah has created a unique new DNA test which helps people better understand their habits around appetite, mood, sleep and even medication, enabling more targeted support.
“Understanding the science behind neurodivergent patterns is a gamechanger for people with ADHD, providing them with clarity, understanding and the ability to plan a clear roadmap toward a more balanced life,” explains Sarah Osborne, founder of So Nutrition. “This combination of data-led insights and holistic welllbeing is what our retreat day is all about, providing information and support for those with ADHD or exploring a diagnosis.”

Speaking of the test, Sarah Osborne explains: “This isn’t a diagnostic test and it’s only available through approved practitioners that can interpret the results using the scientific framework, in conjunction with the individual’s medical history, lifestyle, symptoms and behaviours. As with all the tests we offer at So Nutrition, they should be seen as part of a wider approach to wellbeing, undertaken with support and advice from our team.”
